Clothes picked up and dropped off , cleaned with care. No problem.
I was looking for a more eco friendly cleaning solution and found it with MW Cleaners. They do the job they say they will and without all the chemicals. Couldn't be happier.
We have been customers for about 25 years; long before it became MW Cleaners. Since we are now both retired, we don't have as much dry cleaning. I worked for United for 25 years and had my uniform in there every two weeks. I guess we fell off the list after I left.. But then I went back in last week and the service was fabulous. The timelyness, excellent and the staff couldn't be nicer. Good job!!!!
What impressed me was not the expert dry cleaning, I expected that; but, I didn't expect the cheerful, professional young lady at the counter to exhibit a genuine caring attitude for each of her customers. Please thank her for me!
I wrote a scathing review of customer service I received on 5/7/15...by the end of the day the team at MW cleaners had reacted and resolved all my issues professionally and promptly. I have to say I was impressed - and feel I now need to let other customers know. For the most part, I have been very happy with my service from MW Cleaners over the years. The only problem I have is that often my shirts will have a deep wrinkle down the front of the shirt after being returned from MW. Then, I have to iron the shirt to remove the wrinkle.
Well normally it's great but I was given someone else's comforter and at the moment you seem to have lost mine. Have not been contacted to pick it up yet!
Too expensive ! Also very frustrating. They destroyed two orders from my wife and never gave credit on what they should have. Their costs would be fine, if their service was decent.
