The Alden Bridge MW Cleaners is fantastic! The people are polite, friendly and efficient. My clothes are always ready on time and look great.
After several false starts (no bags),(no tags) (bag didn't get picked up)- cleaning & laundry received. Cleaning fine- shirts full of starch (my error for not specifying no starch), on hangers, w/ too much (in my opinion only) tissue stuffing. Will try the no starch, folded approach next. In these ensuing 2-1/2 weeks it has taken 3 calls to get my credit card straight & account w/ my address (not my son's). I am very pleased with MW Cleaners. I've looked for years trying to find a Dry Cleaners that truly cleaned my clothes. It wasn't until I found MWC that I have found the Cleaners for me. They do an excellent job. They are courteous and friendly. I love them.
I can not say enough good things about Phyllis at MW Cleaners on Atascocita Road in Humble. She greets me with a big "hello Ms. Millet, how are you today". I know she was out for a few months last year because of illness, so I was so excited when she got back to work. She is the best, and I hope you all appreciate her as much as I do! I've always used MW cleaners and am actually using my third location and all locations gave the same exceptional service and very reasonable pricing for pickup and delivery!
This magical thing happens every week. I set my clothes out on Friday and Tuesday they reappear all nice and neat!! I love that about MW Cleaners and love our valet Johnathan!! You can always tell when someone truly loves what they do because they do it so well. We have become very spoiled with MWCleaners driver, Ross....he goes above & beyond he makes MW Cleaners worth it. We did have some instances where we were unhappy with MW but Ross got with the Atascocita location & corporate to make sure they did what we needed done on our clothes NOT what they wanted done......which a lot of cleaners do what they want not what you are wanting....THANKS MWCleaners for hiring Ross it makes it so worth it!!!
We have been using MW cleaners for least around their conception..... 12 to 15 years. And never have we been disappointed. They are a wonderful company. Clothes are to perfection or they will make it that way if we are disappointed in anything that comes back not to our satisfaction. (only happen twice in all those years). I was thoroughly disappointed with MW cleaners. It appeared that they didn't actually clean any of my garments but rather stuck them on a hanger and lightly steamed them (which still left them wrinkled). I even pointed out specific lipstick stains on a jacket when I dropped it off and they were still perfectly intact when I picked up the garments. I needed these items before a trip and due to MW not cleaning them, I had to go buy new items for my trip which did not make me happy. For how much they charge one would think they... read more
