still waiting for my $50.00 coupon from a shirt that had 20 cleanings at least two months ago or more. Therefore I don't believe MW Cleaners doesn't stand behind what they say.
At times I have had to return to have some pants repressed but the last two trips have not required that - I hope it continues.
Very professional, polite, prompt, helpful. Only complaint would be the that in the mornings the line from Starbucks backs up so badly that it is hard to get out of the MW Cleaners drive-thru at the location I use.
I always been extremely pleased with the service by MW Cleaners. All of my dry cleaning is always ready on time. The staff is very professional and engaging. In fact, I consider going to the Woodlands Parway location despite moving to a new home on the front side of the Woodlands.
Very dissatisfied with this dry cleaning service. The pick up and delivery is great, but we have many pairs of pants shrunk, stains not removed, and most recently a bedspread was ruined by being washed and dried instead of dry cleaned. Unfortunately there are not too many good options available in the Woodlands.
I am very impressed with MW Cleaners. Excellent Service & Wonderful Staff. With 2 days to go to my daughters Prom I was let down by another Cleaner in the Woodlands. But MW came to my rescue. Dress was cleaned perfectly & altered as requested within 24 hours. Superb Service!
Very disappointed. Took a 1st communion dress for ironing after I had already consulted with management if that was something they could do. When I picked it up (the day before the event) it was just as wrinkled so I thought they had not ironed it yet. They told me not to worry that they would take care of it only to call me a couple of hours later to say that "ladies in the back" said that it could not be ironed.
