They ripped three buttons off my shirt and wanted to charge me to replace the buttons. I haven’t been back since. Also, the wash 20 time and you get a $50 gift card. I still have yet to see that. I’ve had shirts in there well over that amount.

I love MW Cleaners! You never have to worry what your clothes will look like--they are perfect. They go the extra mile always. The store at FM 2920 and kueykendahl have the best staff!
It's very convenient to drop off and pick up my dry cleaning at work
We've had excellent service from our local MW Cleaners - our clothes are cleaned, pressed, folded upon request (unfolded when they were accidentally folded - and repressed) and when something goes missing, they take care of it. I can't say that the latter has always been the case, but I believe that a change in managers maybe a few years back has been for the good. I can't complain about the service now.
