We love MW cleaners. They do a great job and have always shown up when promised. The one time my husband shirt had a crease, they re-ironed it for free and returned it perfect. You will not go wrong using them!! We use the delivery service- so great!!!
MW Cleaners always does it right and on time. Plus being a single guy, I now have someone to sew on buttons and hem pants and fix zippers and the like! I appreciate all they do!
MW Cleaners are well known for their professionalism and convenience. Whether I have a quick turnaround job or need my dry cleaning delivered directly to me, they always do so with courtesy, and with quality. I can be sure that things will be done right. Oh, and they have dog biscuits at the counter when I walk my dog up there!
The customer service is terrific. The free delivery is very convenient. But I believe that, at the end of the day, the most valuable aspect of a cleaner is how my husband looks before an important meeting. Their pressing is terrible most of the time. I have to spray his shirts with water and try to get rid of the defects almost everyday when I send his shirts to MW Cleaners. At times the pants arrive with a double crease in front. That's the reason I now rarely use MW Cleaners.
I have only used you once. But I figure this is the perfect opportunity to let you know why I had not came back. I put about 15 dress shirts in for dry clean and asked for heavy starch but did not receive heavy starch. The sleeves of the arms were hanging down to the side where as I am use to the arms being folded across the chest. They just last longer from wrinkles when the arms are folded. I said I wasn't going to try you again but It is very convenient to drop off and pick up my dry cleaning at work.
I have been going to MW Cleaners for years. I like that they are "green", and my clothes never smell of chemicals. They have taken extra care to pre-spot when I point out a concern and even when I haven't told them! The desk staff are helpful and friendly.
GOING TO MW CLEANERS IS ALWAYS A GOOD EXPERIENCE, ALL THE STAFF IS VERY KIND AND MAKE YOU FEEL AS IF YOU WERE THEIR ONLY CUSTOMER!
