The experience at MW Cleaners on 242 is always excellent! The ladies call me by name, and they cheerfully get or take my order. I appreciate them so much and enjoy the wonderful service. BRAVA!
First time at MW Cleaners. Brought in 9 items from jackets, to work dresses, work shirts, work skirts, and children jackets. Issue was it didn't seem the child jacket was washed or dry cleaned, nor brushed out because the white hairs were still everywhere on the jacket.
I always receive quick, courteous service every time I go to MW Cleaners.
I had been previously going to other dry cleaners in the area but none of them compare to MW Cleaners off of Rayford in Spring, TX. The price is a little more expensive then those cleaners in the area but you pay for what you get and I get quality service so I cant complain. They also send out coupons I just wish you wouldn't have to print out the coupons. They meet you at the car with a smile and always go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied. I took a 2 piece suit in for cleaning and when I went to pick it up I found the coat and pants to have lint in numerous places as well as the lapel on 1 side of the coat seemed to droop open or forward. I brought the suit to MW Cleaners believing you were the suit people and was very disappointed with your first attempt. I sent it back for a redo and it came back acceptable. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry for it. If this should happen again I will take my business else where and share my experience with my neighbors.
Most of the time MW does a fine job. But be sure you understand that if your delivery day falls on a holiday, you *will not* get your clothes until your next delivery day, a week later. Not the next day, not the day after that, a full week later. Even if you go to the MW location that cleans your clothes to pick them up yourself, you'll be informed that they are not there and there's no way you can get to them - that the only thing you can do is go back home and wait a week for them to be delivered. This was my first time using MW Cleaners and I'm pleased to have found such great dry-cleaning service in The Woodlands. I tried a few other places before I found MW Cleaners and the service just cannot be beat. My items were done more quickly than expected, they looked fantastic and it wasn't too pricey. I would definitely recommend this location.
We have used MW Cleaners for years. The employees are always pleasant and the service is efficient. Besides, they have great coupons on line besides the ones in the store.
I've been taking my clothes to MW Cleaners on 242 since they opened. They do a great job and have a friendly staff. Don't plan to go anywhere else. Keep up the great work.
