Great customer service and friendly staff!
I was overcharged for my items - they were wrongly noted on bill
We had a coupon for to dry clean one item and get the second dry cleaned free. My wife put 2 of my suits in the Tide bag and we were charged to clean both suits, she called to ask about this and was told that it had been corrected and an updated invoice would be sent. As of today, we have not received an email. Additionally, One of the suit pant legs needed repair. We pinned a note to the cuff of the pant leg. The note and pin were removed, but the pants were not repaired!
I moved into a new building and decided to give this service a try. They picked up my clothes. About a week went by and I emailed them to inquire where my clothes were. They were delivered to someone else’s address on the south side of Chicago. It took almost 2 weeks to get my clothes back. Today I got a text that my laundry was ready. Staff friendly but none of the stains came out. Resubmitted to have another treatment. Should have called to talk with me about it va having me drive to have them tell me.
Uniform shirts wrinkled (as usual; typical). Shirts not bagged separately as directed. And this 👆🏼Dry Cleaner is way too expensive (price gouging during a Pandemic). But... really only cleaners that was open. My only choice.
After many months of my shirts being returned with dirty collars, the manager agreed to inspect my shirts after laundering. The problem stopped for a while. Now it's back! Please correct the problem. I would be so grateful. Thank you, Joe Rbodes
Terrible service. Ask to pick it up and they schedule it for delivery. Ask for delivery (which takes a week anyway) and they schedule it for pick up.
