So glad to find you in the neighborhood we moved here from Creekside & had been driving over there to Tide or down by Walmart to Tide. Makes more sense to go to you when we go to the grocery store. May need some alterations my husband thought you might do that also.
$7.31 to have a printed cotton shirt unnecessarily “dry cleaned” when it was sent to be laundered (washed and ironed) ridiculous! . Care labels clearly state wash in warm water etc. Explanation given was..” drying / pressing form will crack the buttons”. They didn’t crack the buttons on my dress shirts! If the pressing / drying equipment is that brutal on clothes.. time to get improved technology.. never again!!!
We have been using MW Cleaners for years. Recently they changed over to Tide cleaners and have been fine, except whenever I put in my coupons I never know if I’m going to get my discounts. The last couple of times the discounts have not appeared on my receipt and I have had to call in to get a credit. Yesterday when I looked at my dry cleaning, the receipts, again, did not show my discounts. This was my first time using a dry cleaner. I brought my expensive custom suit in to get dry cleaned and when I returned to pick up, the front desk lady said they lost my pants.
Very slow ! Dropped of clothes on Friday and they were not available for pick up on Monday morning . What happened to your rapid turn around ?
The lady who runs the cash register was grumpy the day I dropped pff my shirts and the day I picked them up. Sourpuss. -
Stayed 15 minutes after to wait on me.
I handed in eight things for cleaning. Received back eight neatly packed items. But nobody cleaned them. They weren't cleaned at all. They didn't do anything with them. $38 per package and hanger
I had two shirts cleaned and pressed the Bill was over $13. That’s just not right
