My daughters dress was not cleaned at all and still had a large stain and icing (from gingerbread house building) on it. Also my cashmere sweaters smelled stale and like they were left wet and them out into plastic. So disappointed. I need to get everything re- cleaned now.
I have used other cleaners and never paid more than 4.50 per pants to starched and ironed not 8.00. Needless to say I will not be returning
They changed the policy about you have to submit a coupon at time of drop off and not checkout with no warning and no notice when I dropped off. What should be a $35-40 was over 60. You lost a customer.

Arley and Zana are amazing, and I would have taken them with me if I could. Dealing with coupons to get the best price is not something I will do. Also, even after the coupon the pricing is still higher than where I go now, by a lot. I miss Arley and Zana, too.
Always a great experience with this cleaner be it laundry or dry cleaning they are top of the list.
