Always friendly service and quality cleaning! Suggestions for improvement: 1. A smaller time window to have cleaning bag outside for pick up. I put our bag out by 10 AM and it doesn't get picked up until between 2-4 PM. 2. A quick quality check of buttons on men's dress shirts. The presses many times crush the buttons and it would be a great customer service to repair broken buttons during quality check before returning to the customer.
Our pick ups and deliveries are always on time. It's a huge convenience using this service in lieu of going to the store.
I wish we could use the coupons on the delivery service, instead of just drop-off.

My cleaning is always picked up and delivered as expected. Everything is in good order when returned. Repairs done have been excellent. I appreciate the personal attention, particularly phone calls from you if you notice something amiss. Actually met my delivery person this last week. Seems like I have known him forever, but great to put a name and face together

Thank you !!! It's so nice that we can rely on Jim Jaeger. He always has our clothing back timely. He is very kind too!! I also noticed that he brought some of our clothes back on another day, I think they may have been confused with someone else's. I was so happy to see that we still have trusty and honest service. Jim does a great great job!!
