One of the dresses I put in for a cleaning was not cleaned properly. In order to re-submit it for a cleaning I was told that I must pay for it and then the dress would be re-cleaned. Please note that if the job is not properly performed, I do expect a refund. Thanks, Paula Narcisse

Good friendly service Quality good however prices are steep
Initially the prices quoted for cleaning my items seemed somewhat pricey. After reviewing the facts of the cleaning process (green standard), the perks for being a fairly frequent customer and cleanliness of the my clothes, I determined the price was truly acceptable. Most of the clothing items of my first cleaning experience were white.
