The ladies at my cleaners are the best and they are truly customer friendly and go far beyond expectations making me feel special -- of which I am (haha)! Always greeted nicely and clothes are almost always done perfectly. If there is a problem, it is aways fixed. Nice to have a reliable cleaners after so many marginable ones.
As usual, it went very well. We made small talk and went off with our clean clothes.
