Courteous, friendly service! I'm very pleased with the length of time it took to return my items and I really appreciate the email notification. It appears that my clothing is cleaned well and the care taken to place them on the hangers appropriately was a pleasant surprise.

We live at the River Oaks Amli, and we love the service!! So very convenient, and the cleaning job is top notch. The only thing I'd like to suggest is some way to mark spots that need attending on large items like comforters. There are tags for shirts and pants, but nothing for larger items. Tape, perhaps?
The Missouri city location was great! The staff are very friendly. I was running late to pickup my dry cleaning so I called right before the store closed to let them know I was coming and they graciously allowed me still pickup my items even though they had already locked up for the day! Very accomadating!

I love most of what you do, like taking good care of expensive items and the quality of the finish on my suits when they come back. There are a couple of exceptions as follows: firstly timing - you say done on time or it's free, now I am a customer at the BG building in Houston where you advertise "in before and return in two working days"- to my mind that means the day of drop off is day one and therefore I should receive the garments at the end of day two so a Monday 8:30am drop off should be returned by 5pm Tuesday, not s... read more
One of the dresses I put in for a cleaning was not cleaned properly. In order to re-submit it for a cleaning I was told that I must pay for it and then the dress would be re-cleaned. Please note that if the job is not properly performed, I do expect a refund. Thanks, Paula Narcisse
