Very very professional and courteous ladies at the San Felipe and Post Oak location. They go over backwards to make sure your order is correct and complete. And always with a smile.
I had several white pieces and all were returned white and crisp. Items with starch met expectations. All of the clothes were stuffed and hung nicely. Kudos to all involved in the process.
The ladies are awesome! They are always warm and kind. MW is lucky to have them as associates. My cloths are always returned in impeccable condition. Your rates are just too damn high. But, you get what you pay for!
Customer service is great. Service in general is good. You should make your coupons able to be read from a smart phone and access your account on line and/or have a loyal customer reward program, so I don't have to use a coupon
