Always excellent and reliable
Kevin is a great guy. He is always very polite & wants to know if everything is ok. We had a problem with cracked buttons he got corrected.
I appreciate the drive dropping off and picking up my cleaning from the side of the house on the hanging rack.

I use the delivery service. My items are delivered on time eighty percent of the time. When items are late, my service attendant is always very apologetic and assures me that I will not be charged for items delivered late.
Our order was neat and clean.
everything is going well so far. My only issues is that i dropped of two polo style shirts and asked that they not get delivered for two weeks since i was out of town and i still have not gotten them back. i have call the katy store twice and was told i would get a call back and still have not heard from anyone. .his should not reflect poorly on the driver since he does a great job!
