Please allow me to point out a reoccurring problem: The promise-by date & time is rarely achieved. Even after getting the email saying my clothes are ready to pick-up, I always wait an extra 24 hours and STILL stand in line for 10 minutes as the staff round-up my clothes which are spread out between the stations. It is not fair to my time or the customers standing behind me in line. Again, this happens ALL the time. FYI. Thank you.
Garment had damage to the fabric material on a section and was not told about it. I found out after taking it home after inspection.

Please don't give me coupons and then tell me I can't use them! I needed a leather jacket cleaned. First, FIFTY DOLLARS AND UP!? Really?! Then, when I went to use the 40% coupon, I was told I can't use it?! Why?! Wasn't given a good reason. You guys do good work but don't make it easy!
