Had alterations done to my uniforms. I was told during checkout I would charged a total amount of 57.87 or so. I was told my uniforms would be completed the following weds after 5pm. When I returned to pay for my uniforms, I was advised by the clerk it was 78dollars instead. I didn't budget for that amount and felt it was not right. Excellent!
I was very upset because I was deceived on price. Told me it was $40 for a comforter. When I came back to get it she said it was $80. I did not know the cover was zipped on the comforter. They charged for duvet cover and comforter, if they had called me I would have said just clean the cover. It was not nice of them.
A stain did not come out.... And the prices are a bit high....!!!
The girl was not very friendly. Never excused herself while looking for the item. It appeared she was not to happy having to work.
I brought in five pieces, one of them was a faux fur jacket. At drop off, I pointed out that the interior armpit area needed extra attention because of the smell. The clerk marked both interior armpit areas with red tape and the jacket came back hardly improved. The odor is still there! Flair needs to get it right the first time.
Great service! Took in my boyfriends suit and it was done in 5 hours! Very friendly also so this will definitely be my permanent cleaners!
Super impressed with both the service of those helping me at the counter, as well as the job done on my shirts.
A little more expensive than my usual cleaner but we'll worth it.
