I had to bring my clothes back twice because they smelled like dirty water . After the second time they were even worse . I actually machine washed what I could because the smell was so strong . I will have to spend approx $75 at least to take my things to another dry cleaners just to have them redone. I'm extremely dissatisfied. I have been dry cleaning my clothes for over 20 years and never had this happen- let alone twice. I hope the smell isn't permanent on the items I cannot machine wash.

I asked for one pair of pants to be laundered and the individual at the desk said "we dry cleaned because sometimes laundering pants can damage them. I was not given an estimate and when I found out how much you charge for laundering shirts I was very upset (shame on me for not asking up front). I will never use your services again
Your prices are WAY to high! And the store was extremely hot. I felt sorry for the employees. Never coming to this place again!

I still have the spots on my scarf without them telling me that they could not remove the spots. My clothes have an unnatural/chemical scent. I used to like Flairs very much but this time it fell short of my expectations.
I brought in a jacket with a zipper problem to be altered and cleaned and a dress to be altered. The seamstress mentioned I should come back with the shoes that I am going to wear to get the dress altered. I left the jacket to get altered and cleaned and was told to pick it up after 5pm on Wednesday. I came back later that day with my dress and shoes, but the seamstress was at lunch.
