Good job with the dry cleaning but the pricing is completely outrageous!

The staff is always so rude. I only go when I need a quick turn around. Over priced and rude.

I have been in twice for alterations and each time the is a gentleman there but he is not allowed to work in women's clothes! First time I had to come back when the lady was there. The second time they had my item 5 days. I came in at 4:50pm and was told it was not ready because I needed to come after 5pm. Then was told he can not work on women's clothes. Don't advertise alterations if you basically only do men's clothes!!!
your recent price increases forced me away. for the same items , i am paying considerably lower.

Hands down the MOST EXPENSIVE cleaners I have ever been to. That was the last time we as a family will ever take our cleaning to Flair Cleaners. I was just about to puke, when we dropped off 2 Coats, Just for pressing and 1 Jacket to get cleaned and the bill was over $60.00. NEVER AGAIN. EVER...........

I brought in a couple of coupons for 1st time discount and another 30% off discount. When I picked up my order was charged $44.96 for 5 pants and 3 shirts. That’s excessive to me. A similar order at Minnie Max would have been approx. $27.00.

I feel that the services offered are overpriced and it is deceiving then you do not have them listed anywhere.Yash was very nice but I will not go back again.
Suit pants had red stains on the right inside pockets, which I am almost 100% certain were not there before the cleaning. It's not visible from the outside, but still concerning.
