I was told the edge on my t-shirt would be exactly like the original hem. The edge was originally serged and the alteration was just cut off and the edge was left raw.

I am a first time customer and come in with a coupon. Brought two blazer jackets for cleaning and was quoted $10.75 per item. When I picked up my order I was charged over $13 per item and was told that there is a price "range" which was not clearly communicated to me. Needless to say I was not happy with the deceptive pricing. They did a nice job but I won't be back.

Long story short, when I returned to pick up my articles of clothing it took them 27 minutes to find my clothing. They said they messed up two shirts and I would have to wait until the next day to pick them up. When I returned to pick up the remaining two shirts it took her 9 minutes to find them. Since this was my first time there, I will never return.

It was my first visit. I came to pick up my comforter at the time and date due on my receipt. When I arrived, I waited for ten minutes while the person walked around looking for it. She then came back and apologized and said they needed some extra time to get a few more stains out and could I come back the next day in the late afternoon. I just would’ve appreciated a phone call so I didn’t come there to pick it up when it wasn’t ready.
I was a little upset that when I brought my dry cleaning in I showed the clerk the email I had received from you regarding the offer of a 50% discount on all dry cleaning. The clerk took note of that but when I arrived to pick up the order, the clerk said I owed the total amount with no discount. The clerk checked and agreed that I should have received the 50% discount but then I had to wait several minutes until the clerk could figure out how to give me the discounted price. Open 7 days a week. How convenient is that! I needed some baggy pants hemmed to the correct length. They came out perfect. Nice work. Gaby was very helpful and the man that does the tailoring was very knowledgeable . Just wished I had known you can go online and click on coupons and get discounts. I will be doing that next time.
Ruined my sons Jersey. Not that bad but instead of fixing a simple problem they made it worse and i didnt even get a dry cleaning. I got a simple sewing. The man that sews is sloppy
Good service. Not very friendly. And the woman at the counter logged in my name wrong. Even after i spelled it. Its just “Alexis” nothing crazy. She instead wrote it as Alesix. Seeing my name incorrect on every email makes me feel like they dont care about my business. My dress came back nice though...
