Gave Flair Cleaners 1 more try. Supposed to have pant legs shortened by 2-1/2 inches, since the leg size I had to purchase was 2 sizes larger. The person hemming them must just of thought this can't be true, so only took them up about 1-1/2 inches. And cost, $37 dollars. I will take them somewhere else, pay again, probably less, and get them hemmed to the size that fits.

I was told 2 weeks ago my shirt with multiple tears could be fixed after being examined multiple times. After waiting for 2 weeks with no updates, calls, or text messages, I get to the store and am told no they won't do it. Due to multiple reasons. -Because it's too many tears -Each tear is a dollar - Maria said so Not only that, but the rudeness of these individuals was very unpleasant.

On Wednesday, January 25, 2023, as a result of a One (1) Day Wash-and-Fold Service as recommended by Flair Cleaners and ordered by myself under the clear contingency of “No Heat”, three (3) Lacoste Polos were damaged by-way of heat shrinkage and are unable to return- to-form. i didn't feel like the tailor was kind and when i tried on the pants on home, they fit terribly. i'll likely have to try and get them fitted by another place. i felt like the tailor was uncomfortable making women's pants fit a male body and the work shows that. i will not be going back and will not be recommending anyone go there if being respectfully treated is something you value. i gave two stars to honor the tailor's time and labor.

Not happy with your cleaning and the result of your cleaning process .,! You also made my brand new upholstery sofa covers ruined and all zippers broken and was missing !! I always wanted you to know ., and I made a mistake by not complaining at the time !!.

Dropped of wash and fold on Friday was to pick-up on Monday after 5. As I count that is 3 days to get a small bag of wash and fold completed. When I got there at the prescribed time on Monday, I was told that they had misdated my laundry (my receipt said Monday after 5, so I don't know how they could get it misdated) and it would be ready on Tuesday?
