Took Robe in on Friday, May 14 was told could pick them up Friday, May 21. The project was to remove the tape and replace it with 5 Snaps. . Went to pick up around 10 AM Friday 21st was told could not pick up until 5 PM. Went back at 5 PM. they only installed 4 snaps. They offered to let me leave it and pick up tomorrow however the person doing the work would not be in. Instructions were to make the neck smaller to fit 17.5 inches. Asked for pants to be starched. Representative said it was ok to do, also asked for pants to be creased down the middle. Neither were done. And still had to pay even though it states in the store that if the service is not done right it would be free. Very disappointed.

My uniforms were not ready when I went to pick them up. They had my uniforms for three days and was asked to come back at 1900hrs.
I am in law enforcement. Flair would dry clean our uniforms for $4.50, but when I picked up my uniforms this week, the total was $9. I asked about the significant price different. The employee said they must’ve raised the prices. I didn’t push the issue since the employee was young and doesn’t really know how to answer my questions. I understand business is business, but $9 is too much to pay for a dry cleaned uniform, especially as often as we need to have them cleaned & presses. Clothes outside Fri. No driver pick up.
Dry clean was very expensive 18 articles of clothing $180.00 little on the steep side . Thanks dsalasjr

Disappointing. Three times now in a row now my order was not ready on time and I had to come back or they could not find some of the order which resulted in a wait of 20 minutes. They charge premium prices, even with coupons (prices are not posted or easily found in store or online and receipts are not easy to figure out what you paid per unit) Really disappointing. I won't be back.

I have been a client for years, and have recommended 30+ friends and clients. I’m ready to find a new vendor. Orders are almost never right, takes way too long to find order. And lately clothes are not pressed well. “It’s ready, it’s right, it it’s free”...just isn’t so
