I brought 3 pairs of pants in for shortening. I was warmly greeted by the attendant at the booth in the parking area and then inside by staff. I was nervous about the alteration because one of my legs is a little shorter than the other and I have used several alterations people in the past with unsatisfactory results. Not only were the pants ready before the promised pickup day, I was notified of such. I picked them up and they were perfectly shortened. Thank you.

I was terribly disappointed with the quality of service I received. I asked for a price when I dropped off my garment and when I went to pick up my garment, not only was the stain worse than when I dropped it off, the price quoted was higher than the original. I had to wait for 15 minutes while they found the "spotter" and then treat the stains. Once the stains were removed, I was quoted the higher cleaning price. First visit there... took a pair of pants and a shirt in to be cleaned. Came the next day after 5 to pick up. Pants were ok, but they completely missed the spots on my shirt - the reason I brought it in in the first place.. Had to have them clean it again and come back again to pick up... Maybe you guys are too fast - seems that's a reoccurring issue in these comments from other customers.. Pay more attention to the garments...

I was extremely disappointed not only with the lack of customer service but also with how outrageous there service cost me. I took in a leather jacket and pants that had leather patches, not only was I mis-quoted , I was not able to use the coupon they give on theirwebsite. My total was close to $100. I would not of had a problem paying this if at least I felt welcomed and that their customer service was exceptional. None of the above. Very sad and disappointed.
