I had been a Flair customer since the middle 80s when we moved from the Westside to Studio City. About two years ago, we moved to Royal Oaks in Encino. I tried cleaners and alteration services near my new home and was not satisfied. So, I make the drive from Encino back to Flair and I'm a happy camper ... it's worth the trip.
Perfectly fine job but way too expensive.

First time going to Flair. Had a great experience. They worked on an alteration for me and had my clothes dry cleaned all same day which got me out of a bind. Amazing job and great staff
I ordered shirts to be dry cleaned and they were laundered. But Liz was nice and extended me credit for my next visit.
Just moved back over the hill into the valley. Went to Flair years ago. Glad to see the quality of work and the fine service has not changed. People were nice and efficient. Cleaning was done quickly and thoroughly. I'll be a regular again...for sure.
I went for my first time and it was actually disappointed. I asked for some specific steaming to be done to my dress when I dropped it off, and it wasn't done. When I picked it up and realized this, they took it to the back to re-steam it and then brought the dress back with the plastic covering totally ripped and the dress exposed and expected me to take it that way. Just moved to Los Angeles from Atlanta, where we had a fabulous cleaner who was inexpensive and meticulous. Flair is the 4th dry cleaner we have tried here in Studio City and while definitely more expensive, they are the best.
