The whole staff was very curtious and helpful. No waiting. Friendly.

My dry cleaning was done when promised. I love the email reminders.
Order was on time and my clothes were cared for expertly.
My two pieces were not pressed very well. The staff was very nice tho.

My alterations were mostly ok. One of the pants I had altered turned out to be too short and still too loose around the waist. The thing that shocked me was how much it costs to alter clothing with your company. I will most likely never use the alteration service again at Flair Cleaners. I certainly will NOT recommend your company to others for this service.
Hi last time I was in I requested that the coupons be added to my profile so I don't need to show a coupon each time. Please advise.
