My dry cleaning was done when promised. I love the email reminders.
Order was on time and my clothes were cared for expertly.
My two pieces were not pressed very well. The staff was very nice tho.

My alterations were mostly ok. One of the pants I had altered turned out to be too short and still too loose around the waist. The thing that shocked me was how much it costs to alter clothing with your company. I will most likely never use the alteration service again at Flair Cleaners. I certainly will NOT recommend your company to others for this service.

The young lady at the front counter was very helpful and courteous. My clothes were perfect!
I was given the wrong comforter and didn't realize the mistake until I got home. I called immediately to ask if I could come back and get the correct comforter. It was 10 minutes before closing, and I said I was only 10 minutes away, but was told they were already closing, so I had to wait until the next day to return to the store. The next day, I was told I would get cash credit put towards my account, but I wasn't given any paper evidence of this, so I left not feeling fully confident that I will have any credit on my acco... read more
