Was not happy that you charged me to re-hem the same pants leg you altered 6 months prior that completely opened.
I had never been here before and I called prior to coming in to find out the rate of getting 1 pair of pants altered and I spoke to Diana who told the price was $10.95, which was great. When I came in to pick up my pants, the price I was charged was $13.95. When I questioned the price difference, the woman whose name I don't remember who was helping me said this is what the price is and that was final. My regular dry cleaners is $3.50 per item. I brought a dress and a suit to you, to try it out. My cleaners: $10.50. Your price: $38.00. Sorry, but that's just ridiculous. There isn't any way that your product/service is worth nearly 4 times as much. I feel stupid having paid that much.
I was disappointed with the the guy that hemmed my dress the lack or my hands on while deciding the length. Also it was WAY too expensive for a simple dress to be hemmed. It was $30
