I went for my first time and it was actually disappointed. I asked for some specific steaming to be done to my dress when I dropped it off, and it wasn't done. When I picked it up and realized this, they took it to the back to re-steam it and then brought the dress back with the plastic covering totally ripped and the dress exposed and expected me to take it that way. Just moved to Los Angeles from Atlanta, where we had a fabulous cleaner who was inexpensive and meticulous. Flair is the 4th dry cleaner we have tried here in Studio City and while definitely more expensive, they are the best.

Ahead of schedule. I came in early as I was passing by and even though I wasn't supposed to be there til...5pm And it was 11:30ish...they got my order and Wow! Nice! : )
Great service. Friendly and quick. And very reliable.
Very fast with great service and wonderful results. One downside is the price, which seems higher than some competitors, but at least I feel confident that my clothing will be returned in wonderful shape!
Very happy. My good Black Pencil skirt came out as good as new after sitting in who knows what!
