I was given the wrong comforter and didn't realize the mistake until I got home. I called immediately to ask if I could come back and get the correct comforter. It was 10 minutes before closing, and I said I was only 10 minutes away, but was told they were already closing, so I had to wait until the next day to return to the store. This was my first time using flair. I brought 6 brand new shirts still in the packaging. It took longer than the standard turnaround so I had to come twice. One shirt came back with residue that the manager said they would take care of. I came the next day and the shirt still had the residue and was wrinkled. All the rest of the shirts were badly pressed and I had to touch them all up myself. Pretty much the worst dry cleaner I've been to. The employee who received my order was extremely nice & helpful (sorry but can't remember her name).she is a great asset! But the brand new comforter was put in a plastic bag that smelled like gasoline product so I had to bring it bag to have it cleaned again. Highly suggest not to use this plastic bags!!

Your prices are way too high for the dry cleaning services. I had 5 shirts cleaned and it was $48.50?!?!? The shirts did not look that clean. Thank god for the food donation discount.

Lost my pants and then after finding it, the alterations were never made. So I waited 2 weeks to get nothing done. It was nice that I didn't have to pay for it, but also it would have been bad if I had to wait 2 weeks to pay for something that was never completed
