I sent in two coats, both with fabric belts, and both coats came back to me missing their respective belts. Also, my company has a new customer agreement with you and I did not receive any of those new customer discounts that are on the Flair Cleaners flyer you've provided my company. I will definitely be going back to my old cleaners and rating Flair Cleaners on every website possible if this is not resolved immediately.
The pressing was fine. But these were brand new shirts fresh out of packaging and to be charged $7.50 per shirt for 4 new shirts was very overpriced.
You ruined some nice button down shirts of mine and other items didn't get clean. With sky high prices it's a real kick in the ass. Moved on.

We moved!! Missing Flair greatly and needing to find a new dry cleaner.
Reliably deliver on schedule
Good customer service and quick turn around, but overpriced and clothes do not smell fresh. They have a musty scent.
