Was over charge because someone assumed instead of reading the labels
I’m a fairly new customer and I’ve used the cleaning as well as alterations services. On 5 out 7 occasions, I’ve had to leave my clothes there after attempting to pick up, because they were not all the way clean or the alteration was not professional looking, so required a do over. What’s funny is they expect you to pay anyway. I have been giving Flair Cleaners a fair trial, but really not satisfying ... Never 100% right, I have heard too many excuses about why could not do this or that, but still charge me?? Good bye!!
New white silk shirt Returned after 2nd dry cleaning with pulls or burns not sure which all over the sleeves and back. Certainly were not there when I dropped it off. I brought it back in and the attendant said it was the manufacturer’s fault. Spent at least $200 a month with you. I will not be returning.
I had a repair that I was supposed to be informed about when completed. 2 weeks later I went back and it was not complete. I waited in excess of another week and went back yesterday and it was ready. However over the 3-plus week period I received no communication or updater status. Both at the time of drop of and the first time I went back to check I was told I would be informed by email. I was not at any point during the process
