Just my second experience with Flair. Expensive. On my way to the car, I noticed that my cashmere sweater still had spots and one was now surrounded by discolored fabric. Also, what was once a spot is now a discolored zone. I took it back it and was told, "oh yeah, there's a note on that one... they couldn't clean it, but if you leave it we'll try again for free". a) They should have told me they couldn't clean it when they gave me the garment and b) they charged me $13.75..because they tried and failed? I can’t express enough how AMAZING the work of Elizabeth in the tailoring dept always turns out. She is INCREDIBLE! Every time I had her my denim jeans for alterations she makes them fit perfectly on my body. ELIZABETH IS THE BEST!!!

My garments still had residue of dirty on it when I went to go pick them up. Too over priced for quality and attention they give.

I was a customer of Flair Cleaners for many years. In the last few months they damaged several of my shirts, lost bottoms, shirt ripped apart. I tolerated this for convenience until they damaged my few months old very expensive shirt. They attempted to fix it and when I confronted a service person after last attempt I heard “What do you expect the shirt has been cleaned ten times”. It was arrogant and made me to move on. No more Flair Cleaners for me
