When I dropped off my items, I asked the girl if I needed to give my coupon upfront. She told me no and that I could do it when I picked up my items. When I went to pickup, I told the girl I had a coupon to use but apparently because my card is on file, it just automatically checks me out so she couldn’t apply a coupon. I asked if they could credit me the difference and she said she couldn’t but she’d have her manager call me, who never did. Your prices are ridiculously expensive! Not good
Your prices are way too high. Two pair of slacks regular dry clean for $16.87! Ridiculous!
When I called in advance of coming to Tide cleaners, was told shirts cost one amount. When I finally arrived the shirts cost almost twice the amount. Suit dry cleaning was the most expensive ever. $17.00 plus tax.
I brought 5 long-sleeved shirts in on Wed. morning, to be laundered & pressed, & when I went to pick up my shirts on Thurs., only 4 were ready, so now I have to make another trip, to get one shirt later. Was not notified before I got there on Wed., that the whole order was not ready. Otherwise I would have waited to pick up all 5 shirts @ once to save gas. How annoying! I realize you’re trying to get them all done right & I do appreciate that! Thanks!
They picked up my clothes almost a week and a half and have yet to get it back, but other that I’ve spoke to and used the same service they have gotten it back already. Very disappointed
The quality of the cleaning is great as always. However, the timing keeps getting longer and longer. When I started using the service on a weekly basis about 6 months ago, each delivery used to take ~2 days. Now each delivery takes ~1 week to process. It's becoming slow and frustrating.

I have been coming to you more frequently but have had a problem the last 2 times I used your services. I don't know who this should be about so I just selected "clerkc". I brought my son's air force uniform to just have it ironed. I checked it when I picked it up but only checked on sleeve to make sure it was creased evenly through the stripe. I had to send back a rain coat that wasn’t cleaned properly, they only shipped half of my clothes and they had to come back later that day to give me the rest of them. After I returned the coat I didn’t hear from them at all with any update I had to call so I could get my coat back. Pretty bad service and bad response from all the staff
