The last time I brought in about a dozen dress shirts to wash and iron. They came out messy. The shirts themselves smelled dirty and they were not blown out nicely like before. There were wrinkles all over them, especially by buttons.

I appreciate the attention to detail, when I use coupons. However, this time I put in my white lab jacket, requested Heavy starch, but someone decided it should be dry cleaned instead, at greater cost. No one contacted me to check about that change. Not pleased.
