I have been sending my shirts to you guys over 4 years now. You do a very good job with a couple of exceptions: 1. You dry clean shirts that should be laundered 2. The collars of my dress shirts are never good and the seam is always flattened by the collar protection you apply on the collars forcing me to iron all collars before use. I have shared this with your main office but no solution at sight
I like using Tode Cleaners because they do a good job. The reason I keep coming is because of the 20% off coupons. Otherwise, I would go back to a previous dry cleaners used in the past.

Clothes are in good condition, the small barcodes make it a lot easier to hand the clothes back in the closet.
This is a great dry cleaner! Please open another location in Fort Worth. NO ONE does dry cleaning better than Tide - and FW needs your expertise and professionalism.
You can't beat the customer service at this place. Isabella was so attentive and fast to get my order when I drove through the valet pickup area. She even hung my clothes in the back seat. I never had to get out of the car!

Two pairs of jeans taken. Clean but too heavy on the starch fragrance thus i took away a Star here. Fresh fragrance but too overpowering.
