You have advertised a 2 business day turnaround for dry cleaning. My items were processed on March 26th, two days later I received some of my items. Two days after that I received one more item back. And now two days after that I am receiving more items back. Therefore a week for the items to be returned and 3 separate trips to the pick up site to retrieve them. I would expect better service with the prices that you charge for "convenience".

I send in clothes practically every week. Despite many attempts to correct the issue, it seems at least one pair of pants are pressed incorrectly. All of my pants and jeans should be creased. I have called, I have stick notes on individual pants. It’s been going on for months. I just stopped calling and emailing. Fortunately for y’all I have not found a convenient replacement yet. It’s extremely frustrating,

I purchased a new suit for a special event last Saturday. It had some wrinkles and chalk fitting marks on it, so before leaving town, I dropped it off with the promise that it would be returned on Friday. I then got an email on Friday from the route concierge saying my dry cleaning was dropped off, but it did not include a locker number. It seems like the garments are very clean, for the most past, however upon opening the bags, the white shirt had a noticeable amounts of small blue lint and the heavier of the two coats still smelled faintly of body odor.

When I walked into the store, the girl at the counter asked if I was new or returning customer. I replied "No, 1st time here". She then said "Be sure u get the 1st timers coupon ". I replied, " I have it". She then said " Good, save it when you p/u". I then p/u my jacket and the girl at the counter says you were supposed to show that when you came in to drop off. I guess not everyone is on the same page.

Well the pick up service was great. Friendly and quick! The drop off service not so much. Employee kind of acted like she didn’t want to be there. I dropped off two suits to have dry cleaned and they were on nice wooden hangers. She took my suits and didn’t let me know that I probably should have taken them (the hangers) out of courtesy for I would not be getting them back. Sorry for writing in Spanish. Pero se me hace impresionantemente increible que desde hace mas de 7 MESES, si, MAS DE 7 MESES no me hallan podido resolver el problema de mi camisa. Nadie, absolutamente nadie me a ayudado. Me dicen que me van a llamar y nadie lo hace. Me dieron el numero de Amber (512-289-5181) le llame, no contesto, le deje mensaje (en ingles) y no me regreso la llamada.
