Was told at drop my cleaning would be ready by 5 on Thursday. I made special trip from Pflugerville to pick it up and told it was not ready. i would have appreciated a phone call or text to let me know. When I picked it up on Saturday in the valet drive thru I had to wait a while before someone came out. I was ready to go inside when someone finally came out.
Shirts not pressed properly
Way too much money for two shirts. I will not be back
I’ve been using Tide Cleaners since they opened. I’ve given them one to many chances to get my cleaning done correctly. And this last time was the last time. When I drop clothes off to all be laundry with heavy starch and several shirts get Dry cleaned with no starch. Extremely frustrating and refuse to use y’all again.
My husband and I dropped off 2 items on a Friday evening, the clerk looked us up by telephone number took out items and said it would be ready after 3pm the next day (Saturday), we asked her if we needed a ticket she said no just come by tomorrow for pick up. The next day after 3pm we arrive to pick up our items. My husband is told there is no record of him dropping off our items and that they don’t have anything for him to pick up. Communication isn’t thourough, I am not receiving my items when they originally say they’ll be ready, and I do not get notifications the way I requested in a timely fashion. I was sent a survey regarding my current order but I haven’t gotten the notification with a code for them.
I have called for pick up service several times and no one has gotten back with us. When we call the store the phone rings and then we get a busy signal. I have read one good review about this company yet. Now I believe it’s all true, not a good company to trust your dry cleaning with!!!
they damaged a shirt and I had to go back twice to find that out, was not pleased
The bottom line is......the service you provide is worth more money, but then I realized that I have been paying double the money compared to the many cleaners around you. You have to compete with cleaners that are down the road from you in order to retain a loyal customer base. Good Day!
