RIP OFF. $22 US dollars to press a graduation gown!!!!! They sneakily do not have prices in the store nor on the receipt. No more than 3 mins of work time was put into this job. Highway robbery!!! Will never to back

Over the years I've been a loyal customer here at Tide in Round Rock, despite all the issues with my clothes , which they replaced but , what I don't and didn't like was the fact that I "Paid" for how I wanted my clothes pressed. When I picked up my clothes, they were not pressed and looked like they weren't even cleaned . That's when I said, I'm Completely over Tide Cleaners and their crew.

it was my 1st time using your service and I had a terrible experience, I took 2 baseballs hats to get detail an it took 8 day to get them back and when I finally got them back the hats have stains horrible experience!
I waited 3 months for my zipper repaired, spoken with the owner and the representative about my missing clothes that they say "the temp from another location" did not check in and be promised a refund only to be told later that my money for my lost clothes would not be given to me. I wouldn’t recommend this cleaners to anyone you charge me 25 dollars for a 3 piece kid’s suit wait over charge ridiculous sorry but I can’t recommend you’ll!!!!

Locker did not work and could not be fixed for 5 days. No dry cleaning for 5 days.
