I am extremely disappointed that after several months, my uniform shirts were never pressed correctly. I had requested the creases on the sleeves be in the middle of the patches and note on my account. I only have two sets of uniforms. While I was offered to leave the shirts and they would be ready the next day, that would mean I would have to wear a dirty shirt the next day. We’d like a full breakdown on what’s charged on 1 receipt instead of a bunch of different ones.
Not enough starch. I was told that they would redo went back to pick up th next day and they looked like they did not do them shirts looked the same. I will not be back. I was assisted by a guy around 4:30
I had a few pricing issues that were incorrect, and a couple shirts that should have been laundered rather than dry cleaned, but over all my order came back fine.
My white shirts were supposed to be ready past Friday after 5 pm however two visits still not ready and was told I will get call as soon they are ready today is Sunday and still not know if they are ready for pick up or not, very expensive and lousy work.
Although the tags on the golf shirts said "fold", they were on hangers. Price has gone up service down. Plus the incentives of MensWearhouse shirts are no more.
Well, there are multiple dry cleaner shops near my house, yet, I still drive 15 minutes away from my usual route to Tide Cleaner for my dry clean, that should speak a lot.
Found out I was being double charged based on laundered vs dry cleaned shirts and what was communicated. Coupon wasn’t applied on last visit. Another customers items were delivered to my address. I called, rep didn’t want to speak to me - said manager would call me. Still waiting. Still have other customer’s items.
The locker and pin combo aren’t a match. I can’t access my clothes
