Customer service was good
service is great. prices are too high. So convenient for me, I pay it anyway. The free shirt is a joke when the shirts are priced so high at MW I can pay less for comparable shirts elsewhere. I will never go into the MW clothing store again.
I really like that my clothes look very fresh and crisp

Wonderful! Keanna is so friendly but also very professional, courteous and helpful. It's always a pleasure to see her.
They do a good job but I don’t trust them when it comes to their charges. While I am okay paying a premium for good quality, Tide will often charge dry cleaning rates for shirts that have been laundered.

First time using them. They lost 1/2 of my laundry. They have no idea where it is. Four days later and it’s no where in sight. To make matters worse, I paid for it all! So sad.
