Usually the people who work at the store on Holcomb are very pleasant. However, the woman who work this weekend was not pleasant at all and refused to wear a mask properly.
They send me an email to “to entice” me with 30% discount on my “first” (I read the fine print too to see the exclusions btw) so I took a nice comforter to get it dry cleaned. It had three not too visible yellow stains. I wanted to show them to the person taking my order but she was more concerned about distancing (which it’s understandable) and taking the order fast. When I picked my comforter, the stains were darker!!! Not only that, they didn’t honor their offer. Horrible. I do not recommend this place.
Had suspender buttons replaced that were lost when the pants were cleaned. The buttons were put on some time ago by this cleaners and were barely hanging on. There was a cost to replace the buttons but I didn't have to pay it. The problem is, the buttons are two different sizes. Even though they will be on the inside of the pants, it doesn't look good.
This cleaners is the only one that was opened during the pandemic. I dropped 5 shirts off to the cleaners and thanked them for being the only one. I worked at a business two blocks away and everyone will be waiting on a report because they did not know that you were there. When I went to get my shirts the lady told me $56.00 dollars for 5 shirts! I was blown away. I could not fathom that. When I arrived at work, I was asked about the cleaning. Ridiculously expensive and the quality isn't great. Tons of paper and plastic wasted to make the dry cleaning look like it is fancy. Stains and markings on my clothing not cleaned.
For an ordinary cleaning service you are too expensive. It feels like highway robbery..I do not think I will ever use your services
When looking at my clothes my pants were wrinkled and so were my shirts. I will not be using this ckeaners again
