When I arrive at the Tide store on Holcombe I was greeted with an opened door by Keanna I love this gesture. But while there she gave me an Amazing Customer Service and educated me on the services. But what was more Amazing and Awesome is that this open door gesture occured on my return my items were 1000% better than I left and Keanna and her were warm and welcoming once again and they remembered my name. Kudo's to both Keanna and her peer for their 5 STAR Customer Service, I will return and very soon. Thank You

Everyone was courteous and helpful but I had a 20% off comforter coupon that I tried to use. I told them it was a down comforter and at first they said it was ok. When I went to pick it up and pay, they said it doesn't apply to down comforters. The coupon (for comforters) should really say no down, this must fool a lot of people!!
