Service was good, however the price to dry clean a single short sleeve shirt was 16.49. I think it’s too much . I ‘ll try a new place next time.

Way too expensive. $32 for two pieces of clothing
You sent me this coupon and I presented when I left the clothes. I did not receive a discount and this is not the first this has occurred.
The cleaning was good. But the cost was ridiculous high. I paid $45 for a simple evening gown, no beading. I would have only paid 14.99 at another reputable place. I thought using this place would be more convenient, but it’s not worth the price.
I dropped my dress inside a specific bag for the dress at Tide Cleaners to iron it for the first time. When I went back to pick up the dress 2 days later, the bag wasn't with the dress. The woman said that someone from their staff probably throw it away. I was very disappointed because it was a specific bag that came with it when I bought the dress. How come someone throw it away when the person saw that the dress was inside a bag? That means that the bag is also from the client! I am not sure if I would come back again.
