White dress shirts still require a second cleaning or a special wash to get the neck and cuffs clean, just like when it was MW. I think the water is dirty. Changing the name to Tide doesn’t clean white dress shirts any better. The staff at Holcomb is often and always make it right or suggest a soak first. That’s hard on the shirts though. Other items are well done.

They weren't aware of all the services they do and don't offer.
Your prices are exhorbitant! I had a duvet cover pressed only--it had already been laundered and you charged me $50. I had another one pressed at a different cleaners and they charged me $16. The price you charge for laundering shirts is also way out of line. Needless to say, we are now using a different dry cleaner.
You guys are really nice to your customers, but you are way to high! I can't afford you on a regular basis.
The dry cleaning was SO expensive. For 4 items, it cost $60. While I understand these were larger items such as a suit and coat, $30 for a coat and $25 for a suit is seriously overcharging. My coat even still had lent on it. It was open on Sunday though and was finished the next day so that was a positive, but just know you are going to pay a lot.
You didn't get the stain out on the first try and you didn't get it out on the second try. You still charged me. MW always got the stains out before you bought them out. P.S. your branding looks like a wash and dry laundry, not a dry cleaners.

Your charges were astronomical and I won't be returning. My first and last garment was a ladies summer short sleeve "dry clean only" T-shirt. At 50% off, my charge was still $9.00+ meaning that the bill without the discount would have cost more than the blouse cost originally. It did have a Brooks Brothers tag, so maybe you thought I could afford that exorbitant cleaning bill. Sorry but no future business from me. Please do not publish this review. Do not want my name out there.
Very disappointed!!!!!! I picked up my clothes on yesterday and they look the same as i took them in, i have never had this happen at my previous dry cleaners as well as the price paid for horrible service! I will not be returning for this type of service!!!
Really was hoping to like my experience. My shirt had a terrible stain on the collar that I know wasn’t there before. I go to the dry cleaners all the time and was impressed with the service, but not the product.
