First time using Tide dry cleaners. Both drop off and pick up people were super nice. The woman I dropped my jacket off told me all the services available hours open and just very friendly. And the women who helped me with the pick up was equally as nice. And my jacket was clean. It was very refreshing to see employees who seemed to care about the service they give. And my jacket was clean. I have dropped clothes off at cleaners before and clean was not the case. I am very impressed with Tide Cleaners.
Location is very convenient to home and place looks clean. Friendly atmosphere.

The cleaning quality seems to be just fine, but I came in with a 50 % off coupon for my first visit, and when I got the cleaning ticket when I picked up the clothes, the 50% discount had not been taken off. The person in the store was very helpful and said she would have a supervisor or manager call me back later to get my credit card number and refund the correct amount to my account. Someone did call me back, so hopefully the refund went through. The receipt that was supposed to e-mailed to me never arrived. I will be tryi... read more
