Insanely expensive
The manager Mrs. Williams was very nice the day I dropped off my clothes. When I went to pick them up last night, it was 6:58pm and raining. Janice had already closed the store when it is suppose to be 7pm. I had to show her the time on my phone, she was still yelling come back 7am, I couldnt believe it. I will not be going back because of mu experience last night.
I could not believe that it cost $14 to clean one pair of women’s pants! I will not be back.
Prices are not posted on signage in store or online. Staff are friendly, but do not quote prices outright. Picked up dry cleaning to be greeted with an unreasonably expensive bill. Never have I paid so much for dry cleaning. No choice but to pay or lose my clothes. They look and feel great, but the prices are unreasonable, and the whole process feels like a trick. I will not be returning here again.
I had a very bad experience there! They lost a shirt and they were lying for 1 month that it just needed special treatment and there were some delays. Finally, they admitted that it was lost and they were delaying the reimbursement for 1 more month with the excuse that I didn't have a receipt with the value of the shirt which by the way it was a gift. After calling the corporate offices the matter was resolved after almost 3 months! I stopped going there and i will never go back again!
Bad experience with one of my dresses I had cleaned.
