I requested that the shirts be laundered with heavy starch. Three were starched, not heavy. Two were dry cleaned. The girl didn’t know why. I think your prices are way too high.
One of my new suits comes with iron shine, I practically got damaged because the day I can not use it, today I was going to use it I detected the problem.
Setting up an account was lengthy and difficult. I am still not sure how pickup at my employer works.
Brough in two sets of police uniforms to be cleaned and pressed. The next day when I came to pick them up I wasn't able to get a paper receipt for them because the printer was messed up. Not a big deal for me. The next day when I went to put one of the uniforms on I noticed that one of the shirts wasn't pressed at all and the other had a crooked crease. Also one of the pants was double creased.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I've been living in the Woodlands area since 2009. I recently started using this cleaners and I just had the worst customer service experience ever while living in the Woodlands. I took a 2 or 3 years old white pant for cleaning to that place and they returned to me a grey pant. It was not the first time I took that pant to the dry cleaning. First time I use your company, and had 4 shirts for dry cleaning no starch, folded. They were ready very fast which I was happy, but I went to pick them up the next day and they were not folded. I had to wait like 10 minutes while the manager folded and packed them.
The shirts perfect but i left my wedding dress that I hadn't clean it because I was afraid they could do something to it. I went with you hoping you were professional and you broke it :(
I am a huge fan of superior work and results which is what I experienced with MW. That said, it is a VERY EXPENSIVE service. I am willing to pay for good service but there is a point that makes it impractical. I was given coupons and specials and tried to explain that I do not have the time or interest to manage a coupon inventory. I expect reasonable pricing consistently. Too pricey for dry cleaning as well as alterations. $33 to hem and take in a pair of slacks is outrageous. I will not return to you for needs. I think if prices were posted you would have some idea before you make a decision to drop off your items would be helpful. Staff could not tell me much either. Disappointed!!!
