I am still waiting for someone to replace my brand new Houston Astros shirt. It was a gift and worn once, taken to the cleaners where it was damaged and never returned. I was told that it would be replace but that was almost 2 months ago.
I don’t know what happening with this product but it has an erratic quality .
I asked for my shirts to be on hangars and not folded. They were delivered to my house folded.
Brought a pair of men’s dress slacks in and asked what the charge would be to have them pressed. None of the 3 employees in the front knew, although they “thought” it would be $5.00. Seemed pricey to me but went with it. When I came back to pick up my slacks, I asked the manager why the confusion and wouldn’t it be easier if they just posted their prices for all to see? White jacket still have a Lot of spot left. not sure if it got washed or not
Service was fine shirts are finished well. Since you changed to Tide Cleaners clothes stink like the detergent. I asked for unscented and they still stink. Because of this I can’t come back. Most people don’t want to go out smelling like detergent.
Lost sweater + had to redo (reclean) nine pieces
I have 6 new shirts that are being ruin by your cleaning process. My white shirts don’t look white..
