Tried to open web account and was told that there wasn’t a store in my area. There are at least 5. When I asked about this in the store, no one seemed to know what to do, so I gave up. I give your web-site and stall training both A grade of F

Jacket was not checked for stains and my wife found one small on the end of the wrist area which could be easily seen. As it was white beige color jacket. Recommend to either check item or invite customer rot do so with bright color clothing.

Too much starch on my shirt s!!
Went to pick up an item and the clerk spelled my name wrong then got the wrong item then could not figure my change out. It was a true test of being patient. I run retail businesses and know how hard the job can be sometimes but she was really having a challenge that day.
I am missing a blouse but can’t say for sure if I sent it for cleaning. I went to Tide Cleaners and they didn’t tell me that it wasn’t their fault or their problem. The manager heard my conversation with the associate and told me she would run a search by size, color etc to see if anything came up. I’m still waiting but appreciate her helpful attitude .
Apply the 25% percent off coupon before the $15 off voucher so the customer gets the upper hand. I want the cleaner to be a quick, positive experience. I feel like I have to double check that I am being charged accurately. That voucher program did the same thing. The voucher program is gone, but it was better than nothing! At least I got a voucher for a shirt.
You screwed up 2 new shirts and tried 3 times to fix it instead of paying me. I was in their Sunday and you couldn’t find my cleaning and I waited 15 minutes. I am now in the market for a new cleaners. You have soured me on your capabilities with your poor and unresponsive customer service.
