1. Employee was not friendly. Mumbled when I talked to her. Seemed very disinterested when I informed her that I had tissue paper in my shirts after numerous requests for no tissue. Did not offer to help remove, just rolled her eyes. 2. Coupon was not applied.
Service was good but the price is literally 3x your competitors. Your overhead looks to be way too high.
Well - the customer service was very friendly. The time involved was very fast. However, the top looks the same as when I took it in. I wanted the packaging creases 'steamed' out of the top. They are still there. This is to be worn at my son's wedding this Saturday. I am very disappointed.
$6 per dress pant is too much and when I put them on to wear I noticed crease marks. So they weren't even pressed. No thanks mwcleaners
Two lost shirts, plus a staff that is less than interested in finding them...does not make a happy customer. Add this to consistently poor cuff and collar pressing (creases), and I'm about to switch cleaners.
