Gio usually greets me when I drop off or pick up. He is extremely courteous and helpful. It is a pleasure to have his assistance.
First off, charging $18.50 for a dress is ridiculous! Secondly, when I dropped off the drycleaning I specifically mentioned that there were many stains all over the dress (an elderly woman's dress). Not one of the stains was treated when I picked it up -- who does your supervision of this? There is no way these stains could have been missed. And then the young kid behind the counter never apologized for the inconvenience of me having get it redone and taking longer. Your service left much to be desired!!
The dress I bought for washing has a small stain and I told the attendant that I bought the dress because of the stain He assumed me to remove it But paying about $35 and nothing was done it’s so bad
Wouldn’t use my couple as is wanted to give me a lesser discount
I brought in a military duty uniform and asked for heavy starch so the uniform would look flat and crisp. The trousers were perfect but the top part of the uniform wasn’t flat and wasn’t crisp. It looked like it was damp and air dried.
Clothes were ready on time. The employees are excellent.
